Four Cheese Ravioli 5 Ways

Serve with a simple tomato butter sauce:


Serves: 2

Total Time: 15 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Ottimo 4 Cheese Filled Pasta

  • 2 large tomatoes

  • 50 grams unsalted butter

  • Black pepper and salt

To serve:

  • Handful of shredded basil leaves, plus extra to serve



Method:

1, Grate the tomatoes on the coarse side of a box grater and place into a pan with the butter.


2. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 - 10 minutes until the sauce is thickened up slightly. Stir through the shredded basil leaves.


3. Cook the Ottimo pasta for 4 minutes until cooked.


4. Drain and place back into the pan with the sauce. Toss everything together to combine then serve straight away with some extra basil leaves.



Serve with fresh oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper, olive oil:

Total Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Ottimo 4 Cheese Filled Pasta

To serve:

  • Picked oregano leaves

  • Pinch chilli flakes

  • Zest of ½ a lemon

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Parmesan, grated



Method:

1. Cook the Ottimo pasta for 4 minutes until cooked.


2. Drain and place back into the pan.


3. Add the oregano leaves, chilli flakes, lemon zest, pepper and parmesan and toss together to coat.


4. Serve immediately and enjoy.


Serve in a tasty pasta bake:


Serves: 4

Total Time: 30 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Ottimo Four Cheese Ravioli

  • 100 grams Green Isle Frozen peas

  • 100 grams spinach

  • 1 pot basil pesto

  • 200 grams mascarpone cheese

  • 75ml milk

  • 50 grams parmesan, finely grated

  • 50 grams grated mozzarella

  • 50 grams grated white cheddar

  • Black pepper and salt



Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 C / 180 C fan.


2. Cook the Ottimo pasta and frozen peas in boiling, salted water for 4 minutes until cooked. Add the spinach for the last minute, allowing it to wilt completely.


3. Drain and set aside.


4. In a bowl mix together the pesto, mascarpone, milk and parmesan and season with salt and pepper then stir the pasta, peas and spinach through the sauce..


5. Place into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle the top with the mozzarella and cheddar and place into the oven for 20 minutes until golden, bubbling and hot throughout. Serve and enjoy!


Serve with sun-dried tomato pesto:

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Ottimo 4 Cheese Pasta

To serve:

  • 100 grams sun-dried tomato or chilli pesto

  • Zest of ½ a lemon

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Parmesan, grated

  • Chilli flakes


Method:

1. Cook the Ottimo pasta for 4 minutes until cooked.


2. Drain and place back into the pan.


3. Add the pesto, lemon zest and a good pinch of black pepper and toss together to coat the pasta in sauce.


4. Serve straight away with some grated parmesan and a sprinkle of chilli flakes, if desired.


Serve With Spicy Tomato Sauce:

Serves: 2

Total Time: 30 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Ottimo Four Cheese Ravioli

For the sauce:

  • 1 x 400 gram tin chopped tomatoes

  • 1 onion, chopped in half

  • 50 grams unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes

To serve:

  • Parmesan



Method:

1. Place the tinned tomatoes, halved onions, butter and chilli flakes into a saucepan and place into a saucepan. Place over a medium heat and bring to the boil. Turn down to a simmer and cook for 20 - 30 minutes until thickened.


2. Cook the Ottimo pasta for 4 minutes until cooked.


3. Drain and place back into the pan then stir through the sauce until the pasta is nicely coated.


4. Serve with some parmesan on the side and enjoy!
